• Delivery

Corner Parisien will deliver the orders with an invoice in a maximum period of ten (10) business days for a delivery to Switzerland, and the UK and twenty (20) business days for a delivery to any other destination, and this includes the day following the payment of the order. The shipping costs are free for Customers residing in Europe when purchasing 70CHF of more worth of products. For other destinations, shipping costs will be considered part of the estimate once the order is placed. Any order registered on the Website from Monday to Friday before 2 pm will be processed within 2 days. Any order placed on Friday after 2 pm or on Saturday or Sunday, will be treated the following Monday; Orders placed on a holidays will be processed within 3 business days. In the case of the delivery time surpassing this timeframe, not justified by a case of force majeure, the customer will request the cancellation of the sale and receive with a maximum delay of 30 (thirty) days the reimbursement of the amount paid during the sale. The overrun delivery time may not give rise to damages or interest. For orders outside Switzerland or Europe when the package destined to exportation reaches its destination, it will be the responsibility of the recipient to pay taxes or duties applied in the destination country. It may happen that your order will be ship from both our two warehouses (LONDON and ZURICH) in that case you could have to pay taxes or duties. Local authorities may guide you in this process. If exceptionally, the articles ordered are no longer available, the customer will either proceed to an exchange, or be refunded without delay at most within thirty days of the payment of the original amount paid by the Customer.

• Refunds

The Customer has a period of ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of the order to return the Products ordered, without justification or penalty. For any return for a refund, the following procedure should be fully respected:

-The Client will connect to his or her account and request a return

-Once the return is validated by customer service, the Customer is invited to return the product(s)

-The Products must be returned in their original packaging, with labels and accessories.

-Once the return is received by Corner Parisien, the product(s) are verified and approved, and the refund will be processed. Risk and return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer, a tracking number may be asked. Subject to the conditions above, Corner Parisien will refund the amount of the order including tax to the Client, excluding return costs and delivery. In the case that free delivery has been offered by Corner Parisien, the Customer must pay the shipping charges. In the case of a partial return of an order, in which the order’s initial amount warranted free shipping, shipping charges for the items kept by the Customer will be deducted from the amount reimbursed by Corner Parisien, to cover the costs of shipping these items.

The Client's bank account will be credited such amount within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Corner Parisien Product(s).

We don’t operate an exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop.
